Mechanical Watches should be cleaned every 3 to 5 years to insure longevity accuracy of the your Timepiece. We refer to this service as an overhaul.

When your watch is received by Skinner Watch Repair you will receive a call or email as confirmation; estimates of repair are usually provided within about one week of receiving your watch(es).

Payment is made at the time the estimate is provided using a credit card, check, or money order; an estimate of repair fee of $25.00 plus shipping is charged if customer elects not to use our services after an estimate has been provided.

Watches are repaired in date order based on date payment is received from customers. Our goal is to complete all repairs in an efficient, timely manner while recognizing that our main priority is the precise and accurate repair of all watches. We sometimes experience delays due to special order parts, custom dial/hand refinishing, and occasional busy seasons.
